Cem Young

Hello! My name is Cem (pronounced "gem") Young. I offer both in-person and online services in physical therapy, personal training, and dance. I am a dancer, coach, and aspiring physical therapist with over 15 years of experience in dance and more than 5 years in personal training. I have coached over 100 clients of various ages, including doctors, artists, athletes, and seniors.

My training style combines functional fitness, calisthenics, mobility and flexibility training, and weightlifting. I recognize that everyone has different needs and goals, so I work closely with you to develop personalized training and nutrition plans.

Education:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (Azusa Pacific) in progress

  • Certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

  • Business and Kinesiology BA (Cal State Long Beach)
